Produced from Chardonnay (65%), Pinot Noir (35%). Fermentation occurs for 20 days in stainless tanks with Partial malolactic fermentation. Soft pressing with selected yeast inoculation. Refinement for 7 months in both stainless and in barriques. Alcohol 13%
